The Church and its mission was founded by Pastor Billy Thang, Pastor Thang is a founding member of the Board of Directors of the International Prayer Ministries, Inc. A non-profit 501 (c) 3 non-denominational prayer ministry with members in 37 countries and speak 14 different languages.
